KAJIAN PENINGKATAN FASILITAS SARANA PRASARANA PENUNJANG DESTINASI PARIWISATA

Abstract

The Facilities of Tourism Destination Support Infrastructure Facilities of the Malang City Government are expected to facilitate and even improve the supporting facilities for tourism destinations in Malang City. The purpose of this activity is to compile a Study Document for Improving Tourism Destination Support Infrastructure Facilities. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research by concluding based on data, field observations and interviews, as well as theories to explain the description of the existing conditions of facilities and infrastructure. The construction of new tourist areas must look at the interests of environmental preservation and pay attention to the urban spatial planning that has been enacted in regional regulations. Historical and cultural heritage needs to be protected by regional regulations, with efforts to revitalize, carry out renovations, and preserve efforts. While community micro-enterprises can be developed with various facilities to obtain business loans that support tourism. These three things are the framework of the Malang City tourism development model. The recommendations offered are related to the Development of Nature Tourism Destinations, Development and Improvement of Cultural Tourism Destinations, Development of Supporting Facilities, Development of tour packages, Increased market share, and Improvement of Human Resources
