Abstract

he rapid development of Malang City has become an attraction for residents outside the region to move to Malang City both for work and education. The increasing number of entrants every year in Malang City directly provides a broad market for industry players and also brings problems in various fields; both economic, social, and cultural, especially related to the mobility of immigrants in Malang. In this regard, efforts need to be made to describe the mobility of people outside Malang City. The sampling technique in this study used the accidental sampling method and descriptive method for analysis. The data on population mobility can be used as a reference for making policies for Malang City Government regarding the mobility of immigrants in Malang who are active in Malang City. So that it can be easily realized to organize and guarantee the quality of life of the people of Malang City
