ANALISIS INDEKS DAYA SAING KOTA MALANG TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Malang is the second biggest city in East Java after Surabaya. Malang earned many nicknames due to the region’s potential, beautiful natural environment, and the nice, cool climate. The Regional Competitiveness Index (Indeks Daya Saing Daerah, IDSD) is a measure that describes the condition and ability of an area to optimize the use of all of its potentials to achieve high and sustainable prosperity. The region with the highest IDSD score is defined as a region that has succeeded in optimally utilizing all of its potentials as an effort to create high and sustainable competitiveness and welfare. This research explains the Malang City regional competitiveness index in 2018 along with its components.
