Abstract

Health planning intends to formulate and implement activities in the future to improve health status. The purpose of the Health Degree Analysis activity in Malang City is to map the situation of health status based on health status that can describe the health conditions in the city of Malang. Identifying the socio-cultural and physical environment that influences the status of health status in Malang City and maps the community's perception of supporting public services in the status of health in Malang City. This health degree analysis survey was conducted on 400 (four hundred) respondents spread across 5 (five) Administrative Districts of Malang City. In the implementation, the interview method and questionnaire were used. The degree of health in Malang City has a positive trend where there is a tendency to decrease in the 2012-2016 period on the parameters of Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR), Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), Birth Rate, Low Birth Weight (LBW), Pneumonia Illness Rate, Nutritional Status, Number of Leprosy Illnesses, Figures of Disease Measures and Figures of Diarrhea Pain. priority strategy in improving Malang City Health Degrees. This strategy is to develop new programs in the health sector including the development of health technology. Suggestions conveyed related to future Health Degrees are to maintain and improve the quality of Health Degrees by implementing regulations related to Health Degrees and carrying out steady supervision
