PENGUKURAN INDIKATOR PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN BIDANG SOSIAL KOTA MALANG TAHUN 2021

Abstract

Social welfare development is one of the efforts to realize success in the social and cultural fields. Malang city has increased the number of people with social welfare problems (PMKS) and the poor due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak in 2021. The shift in budget to the field of health also has a significant impact on the achievement of social development indicators. The purpose of this study is to measure the achievement of indicators of social development program year and review the target target of social development indicators in Malang City. Analysis that can be used to measure the idnikator of social development programs, namely poverty rates, Social Capital Index (IMS), percentage decrease in PMKS, Community Development Index (IPMas), Gender Development Index (IPG), and methods of evaluation of targets for the achievement of social activities. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that the poverty rate in Malang City in 2016-2019 decreased, the value of STI in Malang city continues to increase every year, the percentage of PMKS in Malang City in 2016-2021 decreased, the value of IPMas increased in 2021 by 2.2% and Malang City has a high IGP value.
