Dieng water source is managed by PDAM Malang which has 150 l/s discharge and will be planned to supply clean water to the 3 villages namely Sukorejo, Kemiri and Sukoraharjo through Tandon Dieng. The purpose of this study is to find out the needs of water supply, hydraulic conditions in water distribution and also the economic feasibility for these 3 villages. Calculation of water supply and technical requirements based on local regulations. WaterCAD V8i used for water distribution simulation. In the meantime, Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio used for the economic analysis. From the analysis, the total of water requirement is 17.90 l/s and the water distribution for the 3 villages can fully serve both for the average requirement and at peak hour. The total budget planning is IDR 2,970,769,637. Economic analysis at interest rate of 9.75% obtained that period of return is 6 years with the price of water is IDR 1,500/m3. Furthermore, the price of water if the construction cost is 100% subsidized by the government is IDR 200/m3 and if the government subsidized only 50% for the construction cost, the water price is IDR 700/m3.
