Business processes are important for public sector organizations to support the vision, mission and objectives of the government process. In the business process there are details of business flows that can be used as a reference in loading activity programs in a region or Apparatus Organizations (OPD). Pangandaran Regency which has a leading sector in tourism sector which has the potential to become international tourism. In its development, there needs to be collaboration between the local government and the community to make it a tourism object in a sustainable manner in order to maintain resources in the future. This study reviews the sustainability of business processes that have been mapped by the local government through the Tourism Office as the manager of the tourism sector in Pangandaran Regency and their effectiveness in sustainable tourism development programs. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews with local governments as resource persons. Data analysis techniques use interactive data analysis techniques to obtain data that is relevant to the research objectives. The results obtained are regional business processes that have been mapped to assist local governments in formulating sustainable tourism development programs. However, the programs that have been implemented have not been fully successful, instead the lack of collaboration between the community and OPD has become an obstacle in the successful realization of the program. In the future, it is necessary to carry out research related to the appropriate governance model to support sustainable tourism development programs
