Eksistensi Governansi Digital Pemerintah Kota Malang Melalui Media Sosial Instagram

Abstract

This article departs from the widespread use of social media, Instagram, which over time has become popular and has become a center for information and services for the public by the government. This research aims to explore the potential and  patterns that the Malang City Government should be able to maximize in maximizing uploaded content on Instagram. In this research, the researcher chose qualitative content analysis as a type of qualitative research, by maximizing documentation studies as a primary data source. The findings in this research include that Malang City Government Instagram account uploads include operations, information, education, promotions and symbolic. Meanwhile, the existence of account uploads
belonging to the Malang City Government is still at the level of posting continuity.
