ANALISIS MOTIVASI KINERJA STAKEHOLDER PROGRAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH SECARA BERKELANJUTAN (STUDI PADA RW 3 KAMPUNG TERAPI, KECAMATAN SUKUN)

Abstract

The problem of waste is now a concern in Indonesia. According to Rahmawati, et al (2015), good waste management is not only for health purposes, but also for the beauty of the environment. Waste management includes collection, transportation, up to the destruction or management of waste in such a way that waste does not disturb public health and the environment. The region that has implemented waste management based on environment-based community empowerment is RW 03 Kampung Therapy, Sukun Village, Sukun District. The program implemented in waste management is waste segregation and use of waste using composter techniques, as well as the use of waste as an efficient material. Through the implementation of the idea of waste management, the RW involved environmental cadres from each RT. The involvement of environmental cadres in the waste management program plays a role in coordinating the community to participate in every activity carried out in RW 03 Kampung Therapy. The waste management program in the Therapy Village requires the involvement of stakeholders who certainly have the motivation to achieve their goals. This motivation will be analyzed further to realize the waste management program in each stakholder
