Abstract

Vocational schools as part of the social life of society, in terms of the world of education which has an important role to shape human resources, is very loaded with business behavior. For some people who are involved in the world of education,  ducation is actually made a special business media. So there is no doubt that there is education not as part of a non-profit business. If you see education as part of a non-profit business, then inevitably the management of education is also loaded with parts of business ethics. Because management or in other words, management of education which is loaded with high technology education, is related to multilateral, international society, must use business ethics, so that it can continue to get recognition from the community and survive. In this case the education in question is vocational or vocational education, due to the demand for improvement in the quality of the Vocational High School (SMK) since INPRES No. 9 In 2016, the government requested gradual revitalization of vocational schools to play a role in realizing superior and competent Indonesian human resources to meet Indonesia Gold 2024. Discussion of this article, covering the role of business ethics in the world of education, Corporate Social Responsibility, in the world of education, The phenomenon of the role of business ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, in vocational schools and the role of business ethics in the Corporate Social Responsibility program, as a form of promotion of vocational schools. The four main parts of this writer describe with some basic philosophies (theories) put forward by experts and the empirical level experienced by the author in managing vocational school organizations.
