ANALISIS INTENSITAS BERWIRAUSAHA PADA UMKM DI KOTA MALANG

Abstract

n entrepreneur certainly has the strength behind the desire for entrepreneurship, the strength in question is called an intensity. This research was based on the phenomenon of the development of MSMEs in Malang City which was marked by the emergence of various business fields that varied. This study aims to analyze the reasons that arise from MSMEs in Malang City as a form of the formation of an entrepreneurial intensity. The reason used as a unit of analysis is from inspiration, reward, personality and environment. The analytical approach carried out to determine the intensity of entrepreneurship in MSMEs in Malang City was carried out using qualitative research methods. The results of the study state that the intensity of entrepreneurship is formed on the basis of: 1) inspiration, namely the existence of ideas or business opportunities, dreams of success, coming from successful people and unlimited income from an entrepreneur. 2) rewards obtained 3) personalities that have been embedded in individuals, 4) environmental factors both internal and external. Based on these results, 1) Malang City Cooperative and UMKM Office to continue monitoring and providing programs that support the development of MSMEs in Malang City. 2) For MSME in Malang City, to continue to improve their entrepreneurial mentality and continue to develop creativity and innovation in creating new and unique products to support the positive image of MSMEs in Malang City
