ANALISIS ANGKA TENAGA KERJA KOTA MALANG TAHUN 2018

Abstract

Specific and detailed employment data that is feasible is needed for planning, monitoring and evaluating sustainable development. The purpose of this study is to map job seekers from Malang city, job seekers from outside the city of Malang, employment and mapping workers from outside the city of Malang based on aspects of the region, economic sector, age and work experience. The analysis used is descriptive analysis through biplot analysis and correspondence analysis. The results of biplot and correspondence analysis show that each sub-district in Malang City has different economic sector characteristics in terms of the main employment and type of work sought so that opportunities and competition can be found between job seekers from Malang City and job seekers from outside Malang according to the main sectors of each Sub-district in Malang City. The final results in the study are in the form of recommendations for the strategic steps of the Malang City Government in responding to labor problems and in overcoming unemployment in Malang City.
