ANALISIS INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA KOTA MALANG TAHUN ANGGARAN 2015

Abstract

IPM explains how humans have the opportunity to access the outcome of a development process, as part of their right to income, health, education and so on. In Malang, the Human Development Index (HDI) is released by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The analysis was carried out by Bappeda Kota Malang as the reference for the evaluation of the success of development, and the preparation of the follow-up program, in order that the HDI will increase, and the development will be evenly distributed. This is the background of Preparation of Human Development Index Analysis (IPM) Malang for the Budget Year 2015. HDI is calculated as an average of 3 (three) indexes that describe the basic human capabilities in expanding choice options, namely Life Expectancy Index, Education Index and Decent Living Standard Index. The general formula used is as follows: IPM = 1/3 (Health Index + Education Index + Power Buy Index). The result of analysis of this study is Human Development Index of Malang in the year 2014 is equal to 79,07. The index size is included in the middle to upper classification. Increase from 2013 by 0.29 points. With the value of shortfall 1.04 including rapid reduction this happens in because the level of HDI HDI since 2007 has tended to fast. At the provincial level, the HDI of Malang is ranked 3rd (3rd) after Surabaya, so that the decrease in the year of 2013 is ranked 2nd (two). Composite / partial in districts / cities in East Java Health Index at rank 16 (sixteen), Education Index of Malang was ranked 1 (one) and Economic Index at rank 3 (three). When compared with the conditions in the area of Malang Raya for HDI Malang still occupy the first position, both seen in the number of HDI and viewed from the composite IPM
