KAJIAN PENYUSUNAN RTBL SUB BWP PRIORITAS PADA BWP MALANG TENGAH

Abstract

Malang is a strategic area and the development of its region very rapidly. The development of Malang City area must be balanced with the design of development and  environment planning, so that it can become the attraction of the region, expedite the implementation of duties in the field of government and improvement of public services.This research aims to study the Environmental Building Management Plan (RTBL) in Sub Division of Planning Area (BWP) of Central Malang. The method used in this research using mixed method with qualitative and quantitative approach. Quantitative approaches are used for the analysis of RTBL study indicators in the form of economic growth prospects, environmental supporting physical capacity, supporting capacity of infrastructure and environmental facilities, and micro-regional analysis. Qualitative approach used for macro area analysis Malang City.The result of RTBL Study of Sub BWP of Malang Tengah is based on several analyzes, including macro area analysis which include architecture history of Malang City, economic growth prospect, physical and environmental supporting capacity, supporting capacity of infrastructure and environmental facility. The analysis of micro area includes analysis of land suitability and feasibility, land use, macro land analysis, and building coophission analysis. Each of the analyzes used gives an assessment of the preparation of RTBL BWP Malang Tengah.
