POTENSI ANCAMAN DAN STARTEGI PENYELESAIAN GANGGUAN KAMTIBMAS DARI PENDUDUK URBAN KOTA MALANG

Abstract

Malang city dynamics to metropolitan city. The logical consequence of the development and progress of Malang City is the occurrence of a mobilization race called urbanization. Urban of Malang trying to fill the dominant sector of economy and education. The impact of urban existence that can not be avoided is the potential threat kamtibmas (security and public order). This study will examine the mapping of urban population spreading in Malang City, defining Kamtibmas problems that arise and identifying the root of the problem until the strategic effort as solutive effort. Research method used by mixed method. Determination of informant using purposive sampling technique. Techniques of data display through observation, in-depth interviews, literature tracking and documentation. The result of this research raises the fact that kamtibmas disturbance in the form of noise and garbage case is dominating. Disruption kamtibmas by urban residents is more caused by ignorance rules that regulate and lack of cultural acceptance by the urban who in fact is a newcomer. The synergy of all stakeholders to direct, foster, and coexist harmoniously with urban residents is still considered effective enough as a solution to suppress kamtibmas disruption by urban residents. Socialization of local regulations related to kamtibmas is still more desirable.
