REVIEW TARGET DAN CAPAIAN INDEKS PROGRAM PEMBANGUNAN BIDANG EKONOMI

Abstract

The planning document evaluation policy can be carried out every year or a certain time by considering the dynamics that occur, one of which is the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on refocusing and budget reallocation. The purpose of this research is to review the targets and achievements of the economic development program index. The analytical method used is comparative analysis and root cause analysis. The results of the analysis show that the dynamics of the Covid-19 pandemic are expected to affect the achievement of the economic development program index. This condition is also faced with sectoral / field problems that have not been resolved before the pandemic era. The results of the development target review indicate that the index of the economic development program in 2020 will not be achieved due to shifts, delays and even elimination of programs whose funding has been diverted to handling the impact of covid-19.
