Abstract

Social change in society is a phenomenon that cannot be avoided by society. One of these social changes has led to a phenomenon known as digitization. The digitization process has various positive and negative impacts. One of the results of digitization is the emergence of information technology. To see the level of technology acceptance, one of them uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). One of the activities that has experienced a shift due to technological advances is fundraising. Now people can easily organize fundraising activities online. In Indonesia, one of the media providers of online fundraising services is the Kitabisa.com page. In 2018 the Kitabisa.com page managed to raise 490 billion rupiah. This shows that the level of use of the Kitabisa.com page to raise funds can be said to be high. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of the Malang city community towards the Kitabisa.com page through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research population is the people of Malang City. The sample is the users of the Kitabisa.com website.
