MONITORING DAN EVALUASI SISTEM INOVASI DAERAH (SIDA) KOTA MALANG 2020- 2023

Abstract

Cities in Indonesia have various needs and goals that each leader will achieve. Innovation according to Schumpeter (1934) means, an effort to create and implement something into one combination. A city is required to innovate in order to meet needs with limited resources. So that it is expected to be able to create superior programs to fulfill this. One of the things that is the right of the regions is the implementation of Strengthening SIDa (Regional Innovation System) according to the provisions given in accordance with the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Research and Technology with the Minister of Home Affairs Number 3 and 36 of 2012. The urgency related to Strengthening SIDa for Malang City is to prioritize excellence of the existing potential in Malang City. In addition, the entry of the Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) outbreak which began to plague Indonesia starting last March has made changes to innovation quite impactful. Budget-related changes are a major aspect of this monitoring and evaluation activity.
