PANGRIPTA – Journal of Regional Development and Urban Policy is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal published by the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Malang City, Indonesia. The journal publishes high-quality research articles, review papers, and policy studies focusing on regional development planning, development economics, development management, public sector accounting, and the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) and the creative economy that contribute to regional development.

PANGRIPTA welcomes multidisciplinary studies covering local business management, MSME marketing strategies, financial management and accounting practices, urban economics, public governance, and policy innovation that support sustainable regional development. While the journal accepts studies from various regional contexts, it particularly encourages research that positions Malang City and comparable urban regions as laboratories for regional development studies.
